Tindale Designs is an online textile business in Perth Western Australia which sources ethical and sustainable textiles and fibres from Odisha, India.

Wild Tussar silk, or “peace silk”, is the mainstay of the business. The silk is grown in the wilds of Odisha and is an organic, sustainable fibre. Other natural hand-spun yarns and woven fabrics are also sourced from India, including “Noil” which is a silk waste.

Tindale Designs owner, Shelly Tindale, uses a rigid heddle loom to hand weave products using these natural yarns and fibres.
